Main Responsibilities:

·               Design the trade surveillance framework with appropriate control limits, trigger alerts and monitoring process

·               Write and review the trade surveillance policies and procedures

·               Daily review and analysis of trade surveillance exception reports, and recommendation of remedial

·               and corrective actions

·               Provide training to the front-line team

·               Prepare periodic report for the management

·               Where a reasonable suspicion is formed, recommend and prepare the appropriate Suspicion Transaction Report

·               Support audit and the questions from the regulators

·               Ensure that the trading participants adhere to the internal policies, relevant regulations and the listing rules and exchange
rules

Job Requirements:

·               Degree in any discipline

·               Candidates with 2-4 years of relevant experience in trade surveillance and monitoring

·               Familiarity with stock market trading or trade surveillance preferred and knowledge on cryptocurrency industry will be
beneficial

·               Experience working for an exchange or a Regulated Market Operator is a plus

·               Possess strong analytical mind

·               Possess strong integrity and work ethics

·               Excellent interpersonal and communication and written skills

·               Good command of English
